In this review, I'm going to take a look at another beer from the Half Acre Beer Company (‪@halfacrebeercompany6101‬), and it's their Benthic, the 2021 vintage. They're calling this one an Imperial Stout that is aged in bourbon barrels with toasted coconut and coffee. I've never had a dark beer from Half Acre, let alone a barrel aged behemoth like this one, so I'm super excited to give it a go. Let's see how it is!
