Nissan Leaf (2015) Touchscreen repair

In this video I show how I attempt to repair the touchscreen of my 2015 Nissan Leaf by replacing the "touch digitiser panel" for an aftermarket one. So far the car has done 100.000 problem-free kilometers. Only thing that was starting to annoy me is the touchscreen. The right-hand side was getting less responsive over time.

On the Speakev.com forum I found an interesting thread discussing this problem and some people who have successfully executed this repair. I decided to try the repair myself too and make a video about it.
