EMPEROR GRILLED FISH:

This week’s recipe is a Vietnamese inspired dish called Cha Ca Grilled Fish but I’m injecting a little bit of twist to it and named it the Emperor Grilled Fish. 🐠👑 It's full of aromatics, very delicious & tender. Since we are still celebrating Chinese New Year, this can be one of the dishes that you can enjoy with your whole family. 😋

Ingredients:
✏️Red Snapper / Jenahak
✏️40g - Turmeric
✏️40g - Ginger
✏️40g - Galangal
✏️4 cloves - Garlic
✏️30g - White parts of spring onion
✏️Salt
✏️2 tbsp - Fish sauce
✏️Peanut oil / any cooking oil
✏️Pinch of sugar
✏️2 handfuls - Green part of spring onion
(Cook at 240°c for 25 mins)


Sauce:
✏️Use the same paste for the fish
✏️Peanut oil
✏️2 tbsp - Fish sauce
✏️Pinch of sugar
✏️1 nos - lime
