Two young women assault three people in Clonmel on:
Cashel St, Burgagery-Lands West, Clonmel, County Tipperary, Ireland.

OK, so it's canisters of silly string, but sprayed at the eyes from point blank range in the first attack.

At the start of the video you can see two women scanning for a victim but the first woman they are looking at enters a property on Queen Street behind them. After we overtake and look back we see them considering the man entering another property as they pass but again decide against spraying him.

After turning onto Cashel Street and parking, their first victim comes into view heading towards us. When she comes level with the two women they both lunge at her from either side and at first appears like they were both going to punch her in the face but it turns out they both had cans of silly string or something similar. At least one of them got their canister within inches of her face and sprayed into her eyes, nose and mouth.

As they passed me the smaller one made as to spray me from behind but nothing came out although I thought I heard a spraying sound, perhaps her can was empty by then.

Once I reached their victim I noticed she was visibly shaken and very very upset. I asked her what happened as I hadn't seen it before reviewing the footage. She said they sprayed her in the face and I asked what she wanted to do and suggested she might want to report an assault but she was so upset and didn't know what to do she said.

After looking back to see if anyone was going to come after them they crossed the road and went for a third victim, a jogger, but the taller more aggressive one wasn't able to get as close to her face that time.

Finally they pass out of view up the hill passing Pearse Park.
