Wondering how the flight-line folks are getting treated nowadays. Is leadership toxic? Is morale low? Are pilot relationships limited with other maintenance personnel? Is manning low? Is the IMPOSSIBLE still being expected from overworked Aircraft Maintainers? Under appreciated? Are traditions being kept?

Loved my time (good, bad and ugly) being a United States Air Force Weapons troop. Loved my Brothers and Sisters in Aircraft Maintenance. Made great relationships and memories. It's an environment that only a few from the outside looking in will ever understand.
