REJECTION | Sims 3 Machinima

Not able to devote myself to the Sims this year, here I am at last with a new machinima. After a "grueling" time collecting objects, clothes, and hairstyles of every sort, I could finally get down to the job. Creating the characters and scenery took me a while. I created all the animations myself, except a few that come from the game.

"Rejection" is a dark and twisted version of "Beauty and the Beast", part of the Evil Tales series. It can be watched indepentandly from the other machinimas. Aura is still the common theme of this series. She's the young brown-haired girl dressed in red that you can see in the introduction and conclusion to this video. As the heroine of my first machinima, "Fascination", where she took on the features of Little Red Riding Hood, she then becomes the one that plunges vulnerable girls into alternative versions of tales relating to their own stories.
These young girls are actually targets of personal vengeance. Why? Nobody knows yet. This will later be in an epilog revealing Aura's true motivation to us.
Luna, committed to a psychiatric hostpital by her father, will be thrusted into the far-from-shiny world of Beauty and the Beast, and will face her darkest demons. She will discover a facet of herself that she would never have imagined. Who is behind this horrible Beast? And what if it wasn't Beauty and the Beast, but what if instead Beauty is the Beast? Luna feels such revulsion at her own appearance that she hides behind an illusion. Will she finally accept this reflection that repulses her so much? Will she finally love herself as she is and face reality? She is no longer the pretty rose she used to be, and it's difficult to admit to it. It's time to wake the Beast and let Beauty leave.
The question on all of our lips is: Why is she in this state? Is her father responsible? The roses he leaves on her doorstep is an obvious sign of guilt and remorse.
Aura has finished with Luna, but this story seems to be troubling her. She reminds her perhaps of her own stay in a psychiatric hospital a few years ago. Her vengeance is not fully accomplished. What could these three young girls have done to Aura to deserve such a fate? Luna's father seems to be the same twisted and manipulative man that Aura knew during her convalescence.
Remember, the "wolf" was the main antagonist in "Fascination" ! As an aesthetic choice, these features have changed, as have Aura's. He is the main target to eliminate ! What unites all these characters? All these answers will be in an upcoming video.
