One pot recipe- Chicken and vegetable soup. Great for gut, great for weight loss and great for detoxing as well.

Chicken and vegetable soup-

Ingredients-
Chicken - 1-2 lbs (drumsticks or thighs) (or 1 kg) (with bones is better, adds more flavor but boneless will work too)
Onion- 1/2 finely chopped
Carrots- 1 cup, chopped
Green beans- 1 cup, chopped
Potatoes- 1 cup, chopped
(Add any other veggies of your choice- celery, mushrooms, cabbage work well in soups)
Chicken stock- 1 container or you can also add chicken stock cube if you have it. (Make sure to watch the salt if you add that)

Spices-
Salt
Basil leaves (dried)
Cumin powder
Mixed Italian herbs
Garlic powder
Ginger powder
(Optional- cayenne pepper powder,paprika, chili powder if you like some heat in your soup)

(You may also add some rice noodles to it- if you decide to do so then add them before simmering the soup, so they have time to cook )
