CHEESE SAUCE
1 stick of Butter then add about 1/2 cup of flour. WHISK
•add 1 can of evaporate milk
•add 1 block of Velveeta cheese
•add 8oz of Sharp Cheddar
•add 8oz of Gouda
•add 8oz of Gruyère
•add 8oz of Mozzarella
•add 8oz of Medium Cheddar

Best if you shredded yourself (no bag cheeses)
