Mean Old Man Accuses Black Kid Of Stealing His Own Bicycle

It's a lovely Saturday afternoon in Mango Park. Carlos and his best friend Luis are riding their bicycles around the neighborhood. After taking a break to drink some soda, the boys are confronted by a neighbor. This mean old man accuses Carlos of stealing the bike he is riding. Carlos explains to the stranger that the bicycle was a gift for his birthday, but he doesn't believe him and calls the police on the young man.
