⁉️WHAT THE HECK AM I DOING TO MY ARMS⁉️ Here I am displaying a newer form of #softtissuetherapy called #guasha therapy. It is very similar to #grastontechnique as in the fact that both use a similar tool to “scrape” or “brush” the skin and surrounding soft tissue. This helps with recovery and to break up troublesome muscle adhesions that could be causing pain. The redness and bruising is totally normal and indicates blood flow being brought to the area.
