EVEN MORE diesel Highlights from Severn Valley Railway

Absolutely brilliant Friday spent at the Severn Valley Railway Diesel Gala. They had a great variety of locomotives, a comprehensive timetable of shuttles, full services, classic and modern traction and there was something for the heritage diesel and modern traction enthusiast and above all some much needed thrash.

Alongside the gala movements at 16:56 we also see Freightliner 59206 'John F Yeoman - Rail Pioneer' sneaking in from the mainline working the 0M59 Westbury Lafarge - Kidderminster SVR, bringing the locomotive onto the heritage railway before participating in Saturday and Sunday of the event.
