[TEL4 System Integration Test (1)] SMRT Kawasaki-CRRC T251 – 2091 (Debut)

On 28/01/2024, LTA and SMRT conducted a systems integration test in preparation for the opening of Stage 4 of the Thomson-East Coast Line. The test was conducted over a 2-day period (28 to 29 Jan) and saw the launch of additional trains. Train services terminate at Gardens by the Bay and continue eastwards towards Stage 4 (TEL 4) sector. Trains ran at intervals of 4–5 mins during off-peak and at intervals of 1–2.5 mins during peak.

This is the first of several videos of rides onboard the new trains. This is a ride onboard the 91st and final trainset of the entire TEL train fleet, 2091 (PV91) along the TEL3 sector.
