While testing the damage formula in Torna, I saw a strange phenomenon with early team Addam (i.e. before Minoth joins the party). Addam's (and Mythra's too !) damage were surprisingly high and there seemed to be an incremental bonus each time I used an art. The explanation is : Minoth was there since the begining ! If you consider his two skills (+60% additive against unique monsters and +6% per cancel), it perfectly matches the damage in the first half of the video. I didn't write it in the video because I got to understand that after uploading it ... So in this state, both Addam and Mythra have access to Minoth's skills, which is very nice. This way Addam is arguably the best driver in the game, with both Mythra's (support) and Minoth's (damage) skills at the same time. The only drawback is that it is early Minoth, with low level skills (42 cancels needed to reach the +250% additive bonus), and E trust which lowers Addam's auto-attack stat. (I don't know if it is possible to get Mythra to S+ in early game.)
After Minoth officially joins the party, everything gets back to normal (second half of the video). The damage of Addam/Mythra are dealt accordingly to the damage formula pretty accurately. Minoth's skills are not active while he's not on the field.
Too bad the chain attack is unlocked at the same time as Minoth.
It must work the same way with early team Lora, before Haze joins. But it is less interesting.
It doesn't seem to work for Brighid during early Aletta though. She's really alone.
In the video, I wrote the damage value while ignoring critical hits (value read on screen divided by 1.25) and guarding from the monster (value read on screen doubled).
