TDI BKD engine glow plug DEAD - how I changed all four of them (I am not car mechanic)

Changed all glow plugs for 2.0 TDI BKD engine because got trouble code about one of them. Running sound cold sounded like misfiring. If glow plugs are old, just change all of them, don't waste time and money for changing one at the time.

Some notes that I didn't cover on this video:
1. Remember to clean rocker cover surroundings before installing cover with new seal so that theres no dirt making seal not perfect.
2. Is this moment rating even called newton meters or just newtons?
3. Rocker cover cleaning note; I did not clean it inside completely, only surrounding area where seal comes and also from engine side area which seal is contacting with so that it actually makes tight seal.

I am not car mechanic so I don't take any responsibility of this video information. I need to fix my car my self to save money because owning car is expensive in some countries like mine.
