We Bought a Zoo is a 2011 American biographical family comedy-drama film loosely based on the 2008 memoir of the same name by Benjamin Mee.

Starring Matt Damon, Scarlett Johansson, Elle Fanning, and Thomas Haden Church, this was originally a 20th Century Fox film but is now also part of the Disney catalog.
