Melon Milk Ice Cream - How I made my favourite childhood drink into an ice cream

Making Melon Milk Ice Cream at home from start to finish and asking my wife for a surprised unbiased taste test. Such a classic drink during my childhood and now as well turned into a smooth creamy addiction.

38g Light Corn Syrup
285g Caster Sugar
95g Dextrose Powder
9g Super Neutrose (Ice cream and Sorbet Stabiliser)
500g Melon Milk Pokka
128g Whole Milk
44.5 Honeydew Melon Syrup (Link below)
