DRINK THIS PINK FLOWER | SUPERFOODS | BETTER THAN DRUGS

I learned about Cistus Incanus from a German family who live on a farm called Nova Tero in Portugal. They called it Cistus Incarna. This wild shrub and flower grows wild in the area of Portugal I was at and is also called Rock Rose. It apparently has super high levels of anti-oxidants and is considered one of the most polyphenol rich edible plants!
