I did the unthinkable—I tried the Sugar Diet for 8 days straight. In this video, I’m sharing the full results, including before-and-after bloodwork, DEXA scan body composition, CGM (continuous glucose monitor) data, and weight and measurements.

I’m Jenny, and I’ve been eating a Carnivore diet for 2.5 years. After getting over 100 comments suggesting I try the Sugar Diet, I decided to dig in and do a full N-of-1 experiment to see what really happens when you eat nothing but sugar for over a week.

The Sugar Diet has been promoted by Cole Robinson (Snake Diet) and Mark “Smelly” Bell—and while there are tons of anecdotal reports out there, I couldn’t find much actual data. So I decided to be the one to test it, track it, and report back with real numbers.
