We guide people online based on lifestyle that people lived 150 years back with the following key principles:
1) Eat only natural foods available 150 years back. Eat aloo paratha, idli, dosa, dals, ghee, spices, all vegetables and fruits including mangoes and bananas, milk, paneer, curd, and if you're non veg - foods like chicken curry, mutton curry, whole eggs, fish fry etc - according to hunger levels. No packaged / processed foods. Avoid completely digestive biscuits, brown bread, peanut butter, whey protein, green tea, cornflakes!
2) Exercise at home - bodyweight / freeweight exercises with increasing challenge level. No gyms or equipment needed!
3) Sleep before 10:30 pm for full 8 hours in complete darkness, minimise artificial lights and screen time after sunset
4) Get minimum 30 minutes of sunlight every day - walk or run or play a sport outdoors!
5) Be motivated and take action towards achieving your goals. Eliminate stress!
