S3 E1 · Season of Death
Crichton has been left helpless and virtually speechless after an operation to remove the Scorpius chip from his brain, Aeryn Sun has been placed in a cryogenic chamber, awaiting a space funeral, and Scorpius intends to set up a new research station to capitalise on his stolen knowledge and to conquer new realms - including Crichton's home planet, Earth.

S3 E2 · Suns and Lovers
The station is shaken by a powerful storm -- the turbulence may be caused by an unstable solar system or it could be directed against the commerce station for being built in a sacred area.

S3 E3 · Self-Inflicted Wounds (Part 1): Could'a, Would'a, Should'a
Crichton learns the elusive technology that could allow him to return home to Earth, but while he is preoccupied with the consequences a crew member unsuspectingly nears death.

S3 E4 · Self-Inflicted Wounds (Part 2): Wait for the Wheel
A crew member must volunteer to stay behind to guide the sabotaged ship, knowing that it will soon be atomised.

S3 E5 · Different Destinations
Indulging in some high-tech sightseeing at the site of a major historical event, Crichton and his friends are sucked through a time rift and find themselves in the middle of a key battle.

S3 E6 · Eat Me
Returning from a commerce planet in a damaged pod, Crichton, D'Argo, Chiana and Joel are forced to dock with a seemingly lifeless vessel, unaware that the ship is carrying deadly mutant scavengers.

S3 E7 · Thanks for Sharing
While the twin Crichtons struggle to accept one another's existence, Chiana and D'Argo are on the planet Kanvia, attempting to buy a dose of the stimulant Chromextin, which Moya requires to heal her injured offspring.

S3 E8 · Green-Eyed Monster
Talyn is sucked into a space monster, and it is imperative that the crew work together as a team if they are to free themselves. However, Crichton feels excluded from conversations between Crais and Aeryn, and wonders what is going on.

S3 E9 · Losing Time
When Moya passes through an electromagnetic cluster, Crichton begins having strange blackouts and bouts of bleeding. Initially, the crew believe he is simply exhausted by his relentless search for wormholes, until he tests his theory by recording the entire crew together in the Centre Chamber.

S3 E10 · Relativity
While Talyn's crew wait for him to heal on an uninhabited jungle planet, a vigilante Peacekeeper ship arrives, intent on capturing Talyn and the rebel Peacekeeper, Captain Crais.

S3 E11 · Incubator
Frustrated by his inability to decode part of Crichton's stolen neural chip, Scorpius implants it into his own mind. However, the result is a journey into his own memories.

S3 E12 · Meltdown
A strange mist is emitted when Talyn is damaged by radiation from a star, stimulating the crew's most basic instincts. Crichton and Aeryn are barely able to contain their passion for one another, Crais flies into homicidal rages, and Rygel begins to eat compulsively.

S3 E13 · Scratch N' Sniff
Tired of Crichton and D'Argo's incessant bickering, Pilot banishes them from Moya for ten days, sending them to a pleasure planet called LoMo.

S3 E14 · Infinite Possibilities (Part 1): Daedalus Demands
One of the Ancients who implanted encrypted wormhole technology in Crichton's brain accuses him of selling the data to an aggressive race allied to the Scarrans. Crichton protests his innocence.

S3 E15 · Infinite Possibilities Part II: Icarus Abides
Crichton has been accused of selling data to an aggressive race allied with the Scarrans; although he is innocent, someone clearly had access to a Farscape module, as well as the secret information.

S3 E16 · Revenging Angel
D'Argo accuses Crichton of causing a malfunction on board the recently recovered alien ship and shoves him so brutally that he is knocked into a coma. The damaged ship blasts out a huge energy pulse, burning out Moya's power conduits and initiating a self-destruct sequence.

S3 E17 · The Choice
Grieving over Crichton's death on a planet of mystics and frauds, Aeryn hopes to contact him. Instead, she receives news of her father, Talyn Lyczac.

S3 E18 · Fractures
Crais, Aeryn and Rygel return to Moya, but Aeryn is distant, absorbed in her grief for the dead Crichton. Rygel is distracted by the presence of a Hynerian among some escaped prisoners who have taken refuge on Moya.

S3 E19 · I-Yensch, You-Yensch

S3 E20 · Into the Lion's Den (Part 1): Lambs to the Slaughter

S3 E21 · Into the Lion's Den Part II: Wolf in Sheep's Clothing
