Chana Dal salad is a healthy salad recipe which we generally prepare during Ramadan. I generally soak the chana dal overnight, one can boil it also but do not mash it. Chop the cucumber, green chillies, onion, tomato, coriander leaves, radish and ginger and then sprinkle salt and squeeze lemon into it. The delectable salad is ready to savour.
