Dandy, the Flower

A young man named Charles finds himself talking to a dandelion.

This is a short film I wrote in the fall of 2023. Thanks to some great film student buddies, we shot this in the spring of 2024. It has played at the Fort Smith International Film Festival and the Arkansas Cinema Society Filmland Festival at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Art. The film is also on Retrospective of Jupiter, which is an online film festival that includes many great short films and commercials. The festival has an audience award for favorite short film of the month. You are most welcome to check out the film there and vote for this film if you'd like. The film was shot on my Canon Rebel t4i that I hacked with Magic Lantern software to shot RAW video.
