☀️ TRAIL DESCRIPTION ☀️
● Official length: 65km
● Start/end points: Donegal town - Ardara
● Trail difficulty: 2-3/5 (weather dependent)
● Trail Quality: 3/5
● Views/area: 4/5

☀️ DAYS BREAKDOWN ☀️
● Day 1: Donegal Town - Bluestack Centre (c. 23km)
● Day 2: Bluestack Centre - Glenties (c. 17km)
● Day 3: Glenties - Ardara (c. 10km)

☀️ Camping/Accommodation ☀️
● Camping is definitely possible along the trail, but very weather dependent as there’s a lot of unsheltered, marshy landscape.
● In Donegal town we stayed at Donegal Independent Hostel, which we really liked.
● At the end of day 1, we stayed in the Bluestacks Centre which has a hostel section.
● At the end of day 2, we stayed in Brennan’s B&B in Glenties.

There are 3 main towns along this trail that have public transport - Donegal town, Glenties, and Ardara.
● Local Link Donegal is a regional small route bus service that connects many small villages and towns, and is great for getting around affordably. More info: http://locallinkdonegal.ie/
