Crumb Cake Ingredients:

Cake Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups flour, sifted
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Topping Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup butter, melted, room temperature

Crumb Cake Steps:

1. In a large bowl, whisk the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla together.

2. Sift in flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into the wet ingredients. Fold ingredients in.

3. Scrape the batter into a greased 9x13 pan. Set aside.

4. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon together.

5. Pour the melted butter over the dry ingredients. Toss with a spoon.

6. Sprinkle the crumbs evenly over the batter.

7. Bake for 20 min at 325 F.

8. Serve warm!
