EB2 NIW is a path way to green card for professionals with advanced degrees and at least 5 years post baccalaureate experience. With EB2 NIW, you do not need a US employer. You can petition your self and you can do so from anywhere in the world.

If your petition is approved, you can then begin your green card application process once a visa number becomes available.

I have created this community to help immigrants who qualify for EB2 NIW but do not have a lot of money to spend on Attorney fees.

By joining my community, I will be providing you with my expertise as an experienced attorney and guide you as you do it yourself.

Registration is on and ends February 28, 2024. If you want to join after the registration end date you either pay my regular rate for EB2 NIW applications or will be placed on a waiting list until Cohort 2 begins.

Cohort 1 beings March 1st 2024.
