Ingredients
2 chicken chest pieces
1 tbspn turmeric powder
1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
1 tbspn paprika
Salt to taste
1 tbspn lemon juice
Pinch of baking soda
1 tbspn ajwain klonji
1 tbspn all spices powder

Method
Make deep cuts in chest pieces
Add all the ingredients
Refrigerate for 2 hours
Thn put them in deep karahi or pot
Cover n cook on low flame
After 20-25 min take them out n deep fry

For tikka sauce
Add 1 tbspn ketchup
1 tbspn chilli garlic sauce
A pinch of salt in leftover yakhni
Cook for 3-4 min
Out yummy Tikka sauce is ready
