I Played Fallout 4 for the FIRST Time but with PERMADEATH

After 9 years and after basically never playing Fallout, TommyKay finally plays Fallout 4.
As a history gamer who plays HOI4, a game with a very popular Fallout mod, Old World Blues, it's gonna be fun seeing Tommy play Fallout after all these years.
