Some type of item duplication glitch that is present in some form in many dungeon crawlers of this vintage. The weapons are Spiritual Hammer +3 x2. Note the removal of the Spirtual Hammer in the Left hand Slot near the end before the crash. I am sure you could make a stable duplication with this.
