The G20 Health WG Health Working Group 4th Meeting happened this week in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, and discussed topics such as the creation of an alliance for the local production of medicines and vaccines for neglected diseases and the negotiation of a declaration covering all issues relating to climate change, health and equity, especially regarding antimicrobial resistance through a One Health approach.

The countries attending this meeting are best placed to move the international agenda forward on issues of global interest, so we can work together to assure more aspects of security, develop important research to save lives and advance in a healthy and sustainable way.
