My initial communication with the seller Selena Kang was good. She was helpful with getting my order in and correct. She sent the link to my PayPal quickly and made sure everything was accurate before I went ahead with the purchase. Very polite and kind and friendly. This was a purchase I made for my birthday so she helped me make sure the order would be to be before the Sunday (Dec 11) Which I happen to order Monday At 1 am MST. After I received the hair I let her know immediately I was not happy with the hair- She asked what kinds of things would help make me more satisfied but we could not come to a agreeable solution.( Still working on it though.)

AS of FEB 1st All communication has been halted but read and ignored.

Frontal Density 130% not true to ad. The roots were full but not throughout the entire length
Frontal length was 2” shorter than asked purchased. I order 16” but after measuring the length multiple times(wet 2x and dry 3x)
Frontal Sheds a lot from initial unboxing to usage after plucking etc.
Frontal Curls nicely. But does hold for very long.
Good parting space

Very natural looking- without bleaching the knots
Not naturally colored- First wash washed out black and red coloring

Ordered 18” but measured 16”
Very full at the weft but not the entirety of length (wet and dry)
Sheds tremendously Before and after install+washing. One cut one of the three bundle. Only used 2.5 budders for wig.
Curls ok but doesn’t hold very long.
