A cake mix? Am I kidding? From the limited supplies at the small Dollar Tree in my community, I’ve managed to find 16 items that I think will make a beautiful junk journal and I’m joining the Dollar Tree Junk Journal Challenge hosted by Jessica at ‪@PaperTerrace‬ —Are you joining the fun too?

I’m also joining the parallel event at ‪@CaraBrandonCreations‬ along with many other maker friends this month. There are just a couple of simple rules - to make a journal with supplies only purchased from the Dollar Tree(or a similarly priced discount store if there is no store near you) with a budget of only $20. This limits one to about 16 items to make a beautiful junk journal. Can I do it? I hope you will join me and see.
