Due to technical problems at Ittarsi some trains were severely delayed. Out of them Karnataka Express happen to be one of them.

5 hours late running Karnataka Express overtakes the Marikuppam Passenger. WDM3a Twins put all efforts to pick up the 24 coach train to a good speed!
