Bikepacking Setup for a Small Hardtail

I’ve been meaning to do a gear check video for quite a while now. There are so many of these out there, and my setup isn’t particularly unique… but hopefully I’ve developed a few tricks that might help someone who’s getting started or looking for advice on fitting a load to a small-framed bike.
My setup changes a lot depending upon weather, surface, resupply, and route length. For a shorter route with plentiful water and resupply, I may opt for a backpack with soft items like clothes, hydration bladder, and toiletries in lieu of the rear load, and then do without the frame and stem bags if I can put a bottle of electrolytes in the front triangle. I try to keep the bike as balanced and agile as possible for the terrain.
