Partial Die Cutting technique | Sea Themed Card

In today's card making video we are going to be making an underwater or sea themed card using the new Speckled Pearls trio of embossing powders from WOW. I will show you how you can heat emboss die cut elements using your embossing powders along with some partial die cutting tricks too.
