Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr +12 | Balance Druid | Season 4

I know that 12s aren't that impressive, but this is apparently the highest level I can complete this dungeon in. Pug life is testing my sanity. I also haven't uploaded any runs of this dungeon.

Quick rant about the new tier: maybe it's just me being bad, but I have found myself in a weird position a couple of times. There are times when I'm sitting on 3 stacks of the tier bonus, whilst being at or close to 100 Astral Power. So, I can't use Wrath or Starfire to get rid of my tier bonus stacks due to overcapping Astral Power. At the same time, I can't spend any Astral Power on Starsurge or Starfall due to wasting tier bonus stacks. On top of that, I see Moon's sitting on 3 stacks and being really hard to mix in the rotation in a good way. Add some movement on top of that, and you have a paralyzed chicken running around. Have you experienced anything like this?
