The new business cartier in Moscow has set the record for the tallest buildings in all of Europe. The top 7 tallest buildings in Europe are in Russia. The capital of Russia is becoming an ultramodern city. However, when walking down pathways alongside the streets, one can still feel as if they're back 200 years ago!
I am usually not into modern cities, but this has been an exception.
