Ustaad Sachu khan from Dera Bugti is the finest exponent of Suroz and is familiar name among folk music lovers not only in Balochistan but throughout Pakistan and has represented Pakistan in more than 30 countries. He got recognition in the form of Pride of performance by the Government of Pakistan. He has given life to this musical instrument because he imparted technical skills to his family members, especially to his sons Riaz Hussain and Khadim Hussain.
