It´s not every day that you get play a action/horror/adventure game that´s like a mix of Bioshock, Amnesia and Silent Hill. But that´s exactly how i would describe 3D2 Entertainment´s creation "The Crow’s Eye".

I saw the game for the very first time this summer (i even wrote about The Crow’s Eye as well), and it made an positive impression on me.

But now that i had the chance to play The Crow’s Eye myself. I have to say that i like it even more than i did before. Keep in mind though, this is a very early alpha demo which i have recorded.

So nothing is final just yet. Whit that said, there´s a couple of things that i would like to see in the final version of The Crow´s Eye.

More scary music thanks
Bug fixes (sound crashes and a serious crash at the end of the demo)
The lightning effects for the environment needs a little adjustment (they glow way to much imo)

But besides that, The Crow´s Eye is a must play for everyone that loves horror and adventure games.

Corrections:
Sorry about those cuts in-game. But due bugs, the sound went out two times for me. So i had to get to the exact same point where it happen, and make another cut (record).

I have no idea what the crash at the end was all about though. But i´m quite sure that 3D2 Entertainment is fully aware of this by now.

About The Crow´s Eye:
The Crow’s Eye is a first-person terror adventure developed with the Unity 3D graphical engine, in which we embody the role of a young man who has awakened in the long-abandoned Crowswood University.

Get pas the different levels investigating each corner to discover the plot behind the university and why you are there. Craft to make your way through the monstrosities spread through the levels and overcome different obstacles. Interact with the vast majority of items to distract or stun the enemies, use them to reach different places and, foremost, search in all cupboards and tables to find items that may be of help.

The Crow’s Eye is a story which emerges from both urban terror legends and from the narrative of titles such as Bioshock and Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

-Bioshock: The art in Bioshock is something we love, and we have wanted to add this kind of elements both in the surroundings and the game interfaces. Additionally, narrating events through recordings is something we have wanted to use to give it this 'old' touch.

-Amnesia: Being able to interact with our surroundings is one of the aspects that make Amnesia something interesting, and we have wanted to bring it a little farther.

Enemies are desperating, since you have no weapons to kill them and you have to escape from them.

Despite our choice, we want the player to confront them with items found in their surroundings, or crafted ones, with no possibility to mortally hurt them.
