[OMORI OST Animatic] "Poems In The Fog"

"Haha! Just as the wind predicted! Me and my kite are unbeatable!"

I know probably most of you are thinking "hUHh?Kite dude, Who tf's that??" or "Oh yeah, kite kid. Forgot about him"

But, Idk, I've always remembered him and this beautiful music that accompanied the pinwheel area 👀 This Omori animatic was fueled by my nostalgia from the demo days of this area, and back when we could absolutely get wrecked by the powerhouse that was kite kid

Also the OST for the area is just absolutely gorgeous. I remember the first time I heard it again after the game released, and I just sat there listened to the beautiful melody with a big smile on my face. (I get emotional from video game music, hey I know you do that too)

Past me had that burst of inspiration and spontaneously sketched some rough storyboards for future me to take care of for the next month and a half :) (Seriously, it should not have taken that long kdjsahk)

It's still somewhat messy, but I just wanted to put something casual out there sooner, since most of my animatics never got to see the light of day (At least on social media)

On a sidenote : Wahey! Thank you guys for 1k subs and 100K 👀👀 views on the mem video! Unfortunately, me uploading memes happens only once in a blue moon since I'm not the most funni sorta haha guy yknow. But maybe I'll try a hand at it again with some other overdone mem....

Edit : Aghsjsj Gosh, I should've really waited until morning to look over the whole thing and spot errors-- I'm sorry for the distracting pop after the encounter starts and the inconsistencies of the drawings- My 12 AM brain told me, "Ehh, itz fiiine, no one will notice." Welp, kinda too late now, but I hope I can take this as a lesson to do a more thorough check of a final video before publishing it lol-
