Wanting to make balloon circle but don't have frame?
It's not a problem at all :)
This video shows how easy it is to make a circle balloon.

Materials:
Balloons - 30cm but inflated for 20 cm. I used 144 balloons in total
Curling ribbon- to tie the balloons together
Balloon sizer- you can use a cardboard and make a hole on it according to the size you wanted it to be.
