It was the most intense planning and preparation we have ever done to break down 400+ lb. of #wagyu for 1 night to feed 90 people with 7 course means 630 dishes being coordinated along with all the madness from timing, distractions, coursing, seating, decor, custom handmade menus, gift baskets, sponsors, organizing, managing, it was the most stressful day ever!!!
