Sea Slide Galaxy's Cosmic Comet was previously 1x, jumping to grab the star as spinning on the walls had been too slow.

This one was a bit of a tough one to start - I wanted to do a trick called surface-spinning, but it wasn't working out quickly enough. So I went on without it, wondering how close it would be without it.

Grabbing the shell right away, I make my way through until the arrows. They point up the steps, but I'm not going to take a walk - it's an underwater race, after all.

I time a jump out of the water, then throw the shell for a bit of extra height, and finally spin onto the wall merlon, and from there, spin onto one more merlon and spin off into the star.
