4 cups 20 oz fresh blackberries
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup brown sweetener
1 T sweetener
3/4 cup almond flour, divided to 1/2 and 1/4
1/4 t Xanthan gum divided to 1/8 and 1/8
1/2 lemon
1 stick butter, softened

📖 Full Recipe:

Combine pumpkin seeds, brown sweetener, and 1/2 cup almond flour, and 1/8 t Xanthan in a bowl. Mash butter into the mixture as shown.

Spread the blackberries into an 8 x 8 pan or baking dish. Add the remaining 1/4 cup almond flour, 1 T sweetener, lemon juice, and 1/8 t xanthan and combine. Sprinkle seed mixture over top.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.
