GTA Vice City Fully Controllable NPC Chopper

This mod allows the player to take full control of the 3 star
helicopter. You can also spawn one with or without a wanted level by typing "chopper". Once inside you can press F to enter/exit the
helicopter. The one that you spawn will never flee no matter where
you fly, the one I was flying in the video however will still try to flee if
you fly it into interiors or under bridges. Also the handling will change
if you spawn a chopper. To keep the original handling like I did in this video just obtain three stars and use the intocar.cs mod to teleport inside.
