SHAZ GETS BACK TO BASICS
Sharon Stone brought the Croisette to a halt yesterday when she held a news conference and photocall for Basic Instinct 2: Risk Addiction.
The star then made a dazzling entrance to the Star Wars premiere in the evening and with hoards of photographers grappling for a picture, the 47 year old star proved she still has pulling power.
The original Basic Instinct movie opened the festival thirteen years ago in 1992.
In Basic Instinct 2: Risk Addiction she reprises her role as bisexual killer Catherine Trammell.
The film is set in London and British actor David Morrissey plays Doctor Michael Glass, a psychiatrist who becomes involved with her.
And despite an initial reluctance in talking about her personal life, divorcee Sharon did express her happiness on becoming a mother for the second time.
Talking about her surrogate baby boy Sharon revealed:
Stone already has a four-year-old son, Roan, whom she adopted with ex-husband Phil Bronstein,. The pair divorced in 2004, after five years of marriage.
