அதாவது அது ஜெர்மன் டெக்னாலஜி. இது ஜப்பான் டெக்னாலஜி , அது அமெரிக்க டெக்னாலஜி என்று இருக்கும் இன்றைய சூழல் அடுத்த 10 , 15 வருடங்களில் மாற்ற வேண்டிய கடமையும் அதற்கான திட்டங்களை மேற்கொள்வதும் , அதற்குத் தகுந்தார் போல் நாட்டை கட்டமைக்க வேண்டிய கடமை நாட்டின் நிர்வாகிகளுக்கு உண்டு
