I used something called Angelina Film

With Plastic covered wire, Glue, a candle flame and 3d Crystal Lacquer to make these wings.
This step comes after gluing the wire in place on the Angelina Film, and then trimming the film. You utilize the fire to melt and shape the wing, it can also bring brilliant color out in the film to hold it over the flame, but hold it for too long and you risk melting a hole or ruining the wing.
