2 to 4 Corn Cobs (Makai ke bhuttay)
1/4 tsp Baking Powder (Chauthai chamach baking powder)
3 tbsp Salt (Teen chamach namak)
Water as required (Pani zaroorat ke mutabiq)
Method | Corn Boil Recipe Step by Step
1. Take a deep pan or pot and add enough water to cover the corn.
(Ek pateeli mein itna pani dalen ke corn puri tarah dub jaye.)
2. Add 1/4 tsp baking powder – this little secret ingredient helps make the corn softer and juicier.
(Ismein baking powder dalne se corn naram aur juicy ho jata hai.)
3. Add 3 tbsp salt for flavor and let the water come to a boil.
(Teen chamach namak dal kar pani ko ubaal lain.)
4. Once the water starts boiling, add the cleaned corn cobs.
(Ab corn cobs dal kar dhak dein.)
5. Let it boil for 10–15 minutes until the corn is soft, tender, and ready to eat.
(10 se 15 minute tak ubaalain jab tak makai naram aur tayar na ho jaye.)

۲ سے ۴ مکئی کے بھٹے
۱/۴ چمچ بیکنگ پاؤڈر

پانی حسبِ ضرورت
🍲 ترکیب
1. ایک دیگچی یا پتیلی میں اتنا پانی ڈالیں کہ مکئی کے بھٹے پوری طرح ڈوب جائیں۔
2. پانی میں ¼ چمچ بیکنگ پاؤڈر شامل کریں۔ یہ ایک خاص ٹِپ ہے جو مکئی کو مزید نرم اور جوسی بناتا ہے۔
3. اب اس میں ۳ چمچ نمک ڈالیں تاکہ ذائقہ بالکل بازار جیسا آئے۔
4. پانی کو ابالنے کے بعد مکئی کے بھٹے ڈال کر ڈھک دیں۔
5. تقریباً ۱۰ سے ۱۵ منٹ تک ابالیں جب تک کہ مکئی کے دانے سوفٹ اور تیار نہ ہو جائیں۔
6. بھٹے نکال کر گرم گرم پیش کریں۔ مزید ذائقہ کے لیے مکھن، لال مرچ پاؤڈر یا لیموں لگا سکتے ہیں۔
