Are Alps Bike Parks too challenging for normal riders?

We've all seen amazing footage of riders sending big features and DH trails in the Alps. Most normal riders MTB riders have heard of the bike parks Les Gets, Morzine and Chamonix. But we also know that cameras can be deceiving. Sometimes the reality isn't what it seems and normal riders can find the riding isn't quite what they imagined or were hoping for.

In this video I head to Le Sept Laux bike park in the French Alps to find out whether Alps Bike Parks are too hard for the normal mountain bike rider.
