提起「優雅」，大家必定會想到「最美港姐」朱玲玲。然而，對她來說，優雅不僅是外表，更在於內在的氣質與自信。

回想起當年參選香港小姐，朱玲玲憶述當時如何克服怯場，展現自信的一面。從她參選的那一刻，她便與銅鑼灣結下了深厚的淵源。時至今日，她仍想起在利園酒店初次與傳媒見面、為慧妍雅集舉辦電影放映會，以及參加羅文演唱會等段段屬於她和利舞臺的回憶。

40多年過去，銅鑼灣仍然是她閒逛購物的好去處，做運動和拍照的好地方。她認為銅鑼灣的魅力在於新舊融合的建築。最讓朱玲玲驚喜的是希慎道旁的樹木，讓她能夠在繁囂之中，感受到社區與自然的和諧。

Arguably the most famous Miss Hong Kong, Ms Loletta Chu, is synonymous with elegance to many. However, to her, the term means more than just looks, but also inner beauty and self confidence.

Looking back at the 1977 pageant, Loletta recalls how she had to conquer stage fright to showcase ​her confidence and poise. Her close affiliation with Causeway Bay was surely born during the pageant, and she remembers her initial meeting with the media at Lee Gardens Hotel; a much later film event to raise funds for the Wai Yin Association; and Roman Tam’s glamourous Lee Theatre concert: all great memories that link her to the precinct.

Four plus decades on, Causeway Bay remains her favourite shopping haunt, as well as the locations for her sporting and photographic endeavors. She believes Causeway Bay’s charm lies in the mixture of the old and the new. Moreover, the Hysan Avenue trees also add to the feeling of being in an urban oasis, where Loletta can appreciate the fascinating blend of urban and natural elements.
